气调冷库贮藏的缺点和优点

传统的果蔬贮藏保鲜方法有简易贮藏、通风库贮藏、辐射保鲜、化学保鲜、冷库贮藏。简易贮藏、通风库贮藏设备简单、投资少,但贮藏效果差,贮藏期短,腐烂损失严重。辐射及化学保鲜在部分水果上有一定适用性,但存在辐射及化学残留污染,不是所有果蔬都能应用。
